Tasty news.
Many of us have a side hustle. Even world-famous Hollywood stars have another job to add to all those zeros on their cheques at the end of the month. [Featured Image: @wahlburgers, Instagram].
And, Mark Wahlberg’s one just happens to be delicious. His aptly named burger chain “Wahlburgers” is coming to Australia and New Zealand very soon.
The chain belonging to the star of TED, Boogie Nights and more announced they would be first opening this year in some Australian locations. Then, at a later date, further Australian locations will open up along with spots in New Zealand.
Wahlberg and his brother, Donnie – his co-owner – are partnering with United Airlines for their new venture to Australasia to add to their already-impressive 52 worldwide locations.
Once all their new planned stores open up, they will have stores in New Zealand along with Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. Keep an eye out for the official opening dates of the new stores.
As for the food, it’s just as the Wahlburgers name suggests. Whopping US-style burgers, chunky fries, milkshakes and the “Wahlbowl” – burger ingredients in a bowl without the bun. We’re drooling already.
