The FIFA World Cup 2022 takes place in Doha, Qatar from November 20 to December 18. The 22nd edition of the competition will see 32 teams compete in eight different groups, from every corner of the globe. With a 10-hour time difference between New Zealand and Qatar, it means it’s morning for us when most of the matches kick off. However, here’s some places to watch the World Cup 2022 in Wellington.
1. Four Kings
This award-winning sports bar is the ultimate place to catch some World Cup games with a beer in hand. Every game will be broadcasted live from this entertainment lounge. 2. The Bond Sports Bar
Another epic bar that obtained a license for the World Cup 2022. Expect every game to play until December 19. From 4am to 7am, a $10 ticket is required which includes food. Tickets must be purchased 24-hours before. Tickets are not needed for any game after 8am.

3. Online
Football fans can watch the matches, under the table at work, on the Sky Sports Go app. Otherwise, Sky Sports is the official service provider for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in New Zealand. However, you need a Sky Sports membership or Sky Box to watch.
