Nolita Pizza Pasta

Calling all Vegans!

If you haven’t heard of Nolita, it is the new hot place in town for all the Vegans to gather.

Head down to Cuba Street to experience New Zealand’s first and only plant-based pizza and pastaria. Nolita switches things up by freshly making their dough daily while their type 2 flour is fermented for 48 hours before being served. Expect a tasty dairy-free culture with the most delicious cheese made in house.

And if you are not a fan of pizza or pasta, you can delight in a diverse selection of brunches and dinners. For brunch, opt for some scrumptious avocado bagels, sourdough pancakes, loaded fries or the big breakfast. Check out their brunch menu here.

For dinner, you can chow down on some marvellous salads or yummy mozzarella sticks if you aren’t feeling the whole pizza and pasta vibe. Excitingly, anyone with a sweet tooth can take pleasure in some savory options like the New York Cheesecake Brownie. Be sure to wash it all down with a cocktail or local craft beer for the best experience.

They say eating a plant-based diet improves your overall gut health, supports your immune system and reduces inflammation. So what the heck, even if you are not a Vegan, you may as well give it a try.

Nolita is opened 7 days a week from 9am. Check out their Instagram page for some inspiration.
